Think of it like a pledging process. Everyone here catches shit for something or other, even me. Not many other forum owners can say they were involved in two large mutinies on their own forum and still respect their members afterwards. It's all about being honest with eachother here, and saying what's on your mind without worrying about censorship. Don't go around flipping people off just for the hell of it, but if they deserve it, certainly don't hold back.
