New Obama policy will spare some from deportation

And I'll be the first to say that unlike their Americanized brethren (I'm talking to you Dwightass nigga) FOB spanish americans are the fucking nicest and most amazing people you can meet. Just good, hardworking people.

Some are alcoholics, and some cause problems but they are rare. The vast majority of them are funny, smart and nice muthafukaz. I'd hang out with them ANYDAY rather than a black, americanized brown, yellow or white. Even when they are being mean to you it's still with a light touch. Show them respect and they'll show it back.

Except for cubans :) lol

Living in socal and traveling to TJ on occasion, they are indeed nice, respectful, hard-working people. But you're ignoring two vital points: 1) they breed like roaches, and 2) as someone else pointed out, they still use more tax benefits than they provide.

If we legalize a handful, more will want to come over. This is not an empty landscape of 10 million people a la 1791. Where do we draw the line?

Our immigration laws are out of whack. And they are clogging our federal prisons with nonviolent folks who are guilty of nothing more than living, working and raising families here without proper documentation.

A Pew Hispanic Center study released in mid-February documents how Latinos now make up 40 percent of the estimated 200,000 prisoners in federal penitentiaries, triple their share of the total U.S. adult population and disproportionate to their representation in state and local jails (19 percent and 16 percent, respectively).

Nearly half of the Latino population in federal prisons are immigrants, with 81 percent sentenced for entering or residing in the nation without authorization.

We are now incarcerating tens of thousands of immigrants without criminal records or fugitive status. They don’t pose a threat to the community, and they shouldn’t be behind bars.

lol wtf imagine that, just walking out of the house to check your mail and getting tackled by ICE agents.

Your mom should have swallowed you. Stop saying dumb stuff and making baby jesus cry like a lil bitch.

Here's a quote from the source you cited:

Get it? I doubt anything can get through your thick skull. Your 9th grade teachers probably thought you should be hooked on phonics. Illegal immigrants are getting locked up because they are illegal the majority of the time.

Hey dresden buddy, 23 black male here - I slept with some sweet, sweet pussy a few weeks ago after luring her fat ass to my caddy with cup cakes. She was polish, 300lbs and had low self esteem because she was so fuckin ugly like most white woman that bang toads, 100% blonde haired and beautiful brown-grey eyes. And I loved her accent. When I was fucking her, she cummed and her fat beefy mushy legs tightened around me. She was my lily white angel that night and I'll never forget her.

What do you think about that? True story, my Father in heaven curse me for the rest of my life if I'm lying.

Fixed that for you.

Just a friendly forum reminder, this is coming from someone who supports this:

Ly2, Ly2... The victors will always post pictures in the media about how evil the nazis were. What about all the innocent Germans in the city of Dresden that were bombed? Although not Aryan, what about dropping a fat nuclear bomb hiroshima or nagaski? The allies are no different from the axis. Come on now... one love, "nigga"

I agree with this statement and don't despite the fact that they are indeed hard workers. But having them in such large numbers does take jobs away from those wanting to actually work. I was reading about a Caribbean citizenship since I despise america so much and in that print it stated that someone seeking citizenship must have a skill that someone on that island cannot do. An excellent idea if you ask me. To many of these people are coming here and taking jobs from americans and with that illegal - non-taxed money, they are sending it back to their home country. The only way this can be fixed imo is to be ruthless, and deport them with no remorse. If this situation continues to be unaddressed, it will indeed result in war. Remember, first our oppression, then our enslavement, then our genocide.

Based on 15 years experience and 25k in lawyers fees I can say the system is broken. I didn't have a single pathway to legalization besides a green card marriage.

You can get a bachelors degree for under 15 years and $25k. That will get your a H1B which will let you apply directly for a green card.

ThisWebThing: It's interesting that he is pushing this now. Sounds a bit of desperation to me. I know he has had a bit of a bad month (understatement) but still...

All,

Here is an interesting thought: Let's just hypothesize (I'm hoping that I actually use that big word right) that the next President of the United States is Romney.

How would the citizens of this country feel like if he simply signs an executive order and says "You know, I really don't like the tax rates Congress has set. As of tomorrow I am instructing the IRS not to prosecute anyone in this country that pays at least $1,000 in taxes a year. Yes, you are making $20 million... only pay $1,000 and the IRS will not prosecute you."

What then?

Starting to see where we are going with this?

Under Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution, the presiden has the duty to 'take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.' There was some British King that chose at the time it was written to cancel legislation just because he disagreed with it. Which kind of pissed off some colony of his.

He can not ignore congressional laws just because he thinks they are wrong - AS LONG - as they don't violate the Constitution...

Just found this:

Legally, President Obama has reiterated the principle that he can pick and choose which U.S. laws he wishes to enforce (see his decision to reverse the order of the Chrysler creditors, his decision not to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act, and his administration’s contempt for national-security confidentiality and Senate and House subpoenas to the attorney general). If one individual can decide to exempt nearly a million residents from the law — when he most certainly could not get the law amended or repealed through proper legislative or judicial action — then what can he not do? Obama is turning out to be the most subversive chief executive in terms of eroding U.S. law since Richard Nixon.

Politically, Obama calculates that some polls showing the current likely Hispanic support for him in the high 50s or low 60s would not provide enough of a margin in critical states such as Nevada, New Mexico, and Colorado, or perhaps also in Florida and Virginia, to counteract the growing slippage of the independent vote and the energy of the clinger/tea-party activists. Thus, what was not legal or advisable in 2009, 2010, or 2011, suddenly has become critical in mid-2012. No doubt free green cards will quickly lead to citizenship and a million new voters. Will it work politically? Obama must assume lots of things: that all Hispanics vote as a block in favoring exempting more illegal aliens from the law, and are without worry that the high unemployment rate hits their community among the hardest; that black voters, stung by his gay-marriage stance, will not resent what may be seen as de facto amnesty, possibly endangering his tiny (and slipping) lead in places like Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. And because polls show overwhelming resistance to non-enforcement of immigration law, Obama also figures that the minority who supports his recent action does so far more vehemently than the majority who opposes it. Time will tell; but my gut feeling is that his brazen act will enrage far more than it will delight — and for a variety of different reasons. As with all his special-interest efforts — the Keystone cancellation, war-on-women ploy, gay-marriage turnabout, and now de facto amnesty — Obama believes dividing Americans along class, ethnic, gender, and cultural lines will result in a cobbled together majority, far more preferable than a 1996 Clinton-like effort to win over the independents by forging a bipartisan consensus.

Economically, why would we formalize nearly a million new legally authorized workers when unemployment is approaching its 41st consecutive month over 8 percent — especially when Democrats used to label 5.4 percent unemployment as a “jobless recovery”? Here in California, the slowing of illegal immigration, due mostly to the fence and tough times, has led to steep wage hikes for entry-level and farm labor, and given a little more clout to Americans in so-called unskilled-labor fields. In other words, it really is true that the real beneficiaries of border enforcement are low-paid Hispanic-Americans and African-Americans who become more valued when they are not competing with virtually unlimited numbers of illegal-alien workers.

When you collate this recent act with the class-warfare rhetoric, the “punish our enemies” threats, the president’s and Eric Holder’s serial racialist statements, the huge borrowing, the national-security leaks, the takeover of health care, the push for redistributive taxes, and even the trivial appointments like a Van Jones, Anita Dunn, or Armendariz, you can fairly conclude that Obama most certainly did not like the way the United States operated for the last 30 or so years, and has tried his best, through hook or crook, to change America in ways that simply were not possible through legislative or even judicial action. Give the president credit. He has thrown down the gauntlet and essentially boasted: This is my vision of the way the new America should work — and if you don’t like it, try stopping me in November, if you dare.

Fixed that for you.

L.O.L you wish bro :D!! The truth was (again, i swear to the Only God) that she was probably hotter than any girl who has ever had the displeasure of handling your pin sized cock. The only person with self-esteem issues here is you, and I feel nothing but sympathy for you.

I mean really, I do. I banged a beautiful white girl (and trust me, i banged her like a fucking wild animal - warrior style) while you were ranting and raving with your cock buddies on stormfront. You won't catch me doing it though, I don't want any of my kids popping off that inbred genetic mess.

Yeahhh, I have a 14" cock, 52 mill in the bank and I've never had a negative experience.

Another thing that hasn't been talked about is the burden illegals put on our hospitals. If you live in So Cal, you might be looking at a 6 hour wait in an emergency room and part of that problem is because of the influx of illegals.

There's no solution to this other than to get rid of all the people that aren't here legally.

And how much would it cost to get rid of all those people?

United States foreign aid - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

United States aid to foreign countries per year = $76 billion ($52 billion government, $24 billion private)

We already pay for universal health care … in Iraq and Afghanistan that is! | Depotdazed | Depotdazed

The US government and various charities are already committed to helping pay for things like health care for people in other countries. $718 million a year goes to Mexico. They could lower that by a 100 million and instead give it to southern California hospitals.

Just an idea, lol.

This reminds me of the gangland episodes on nat geo/ discovery (Notsure which one ) where they start deporting criminals that they pick up, only for them to head right back to the U.S when they get back.

Then again.. who could blame them for wanting to come back..

To those of you spouting off about Congress doing nothing... that is because there is real opposition. Are you saying they should just "act" and ignore the process which was by design made to have checks, balances, opposition, etc? The majority of the population wants something done, but not without stopping unchecked future illegal immigration. The public was fooled in 1986 and promised the flow would stop, well it did not and here we are again, faced with the same problem. Is it wrong to say that it needs to be fixed?

As for those from Latin Countries. Can you not see that your revolutionaries, your leaders, your stand up against the Government people all leave as soon as they can and then you wonder why your Countries do not progress? Why there is no real change? Why the Nieto has a chance? Is your goal to abandon your country, never make it better, leave those incapable of fixing the problem behind to suffer while you thrive in the US?

As for most illegals being hardworking.... well.... most people in general are hard working. Does that make up for identity theft, forgery, fraud, etc? I feel for the situation, but I know if I use others ID, lie about my origin, take Gov't benefits under false pretenses I will go to jail - but hey, you are illegal so you get a pass. What type of relativism is that?

What about all the illegal contractors, slipshod workmanship, makeshift restaurants on the side of the road, selling fruits etc undercutting those doing legit business, dealing in case society undercutting licensing requirements, etc? Is that all OK for those hardworking illegals? Because that's what they are supporting. They are undercutting laws at every turn.

As a Christian, I am in a dilemna. I welcome anyone here to better their lives - but when that is based on lies and deceit is it a good thing? I have to say it's better to give them the opportunity even though that is short sighted given the way it prolongs the problems in their home countries.

As a citizen of the US - what happened to the rule of law? Why an exception for illegals and not citizens?

As for most illegals being hardworking.... well.... most people in general are hard working.
"Most" people haven't left their family & everything they know behind in order to try and forge a better life for themselves.

Just watch this if you have an hour to spare: Fareed Zakaria - Making Immigration Work.

The way I sees it, there are two types of Mexican immigrants ( because white immigrants don't count I guess )

1. Hard-working fruit pickers
2. Drug war criminals.

End the drug war and you end any reason for violent illegals to come over the border. The rest, welcome them, because white people ain't picking that fruit.

That's not true. The problem are the wages and work conditions. White people will not allow themselves to be sprayed with pesticides while working. Even the studies that have been completed on increasing farmworker wages had a minimal impact on final prices. Transportation to market was the largest factor by far.

There is no way to absorb millions of undereducated, low income, etc people into a nation and then have them make money only to send it back to their home country. So many of these individuals love Mexico and do not want to be US Citizens. They do not care about the US. They love the Mexican Flag.

If the illegals came to the US, assimilated, learned the language, and flew the flag. Nobody would care how many came over the border - no matter the cost. Most people do not care. But when they fly their flag, advocate their country, do not assimilate, insist California should still be a part of Mexico..... I mean its ridiculous.
