Jon, I disagree with the requirement for the 1000th post. It should be more of a tradition rather than an actual rule. If someone wants to give away a script they made or a new technique for their 1000th post, they should be able to do it.

I agree with DruSam. It might be against someone's beliefs and what not to do such stuff,...and while i'm sure most of us would want to see pics, I'm sure a good review/guide/script should be about equivalent. Like Drusam suggested, it should be a tradition rather than a set "rule"
