Hey, yes, foreign keywords are allowed. I even allow non latin characters. Not sure about the PA/MOZ authority. How do I check them in bulk?

This is a pretty good price for High PR Blog posts. I'm sick of seeing the $1 per post stuff around here. That's way overpriced. This is a much better pricing structure.
