Why don't you have a "Bury/Crap" button on threads started by posters with < 50 posts that only posters with more than 500/1000/1500 posts can press.

And if say, 10 established posters press that button, the thread dies, either by deletion or getting moved to noob city.

I think we need a min 50 post count in the newbie section before even being allowed to open their yaps in the affiliate section. And anyone caught posting 2 word replies to build up their post count should be banned.

Here is an idea. Everytime a noob tries to start a thread, there should be a popup that says - Have you googled the shit that you're gonna post? Or tried our search function before asking a question?

this shit won't matter, they are not gonna search, they aren't gonna read. Straight up username ban with a reason they will probably remember forever

I like this idea. Having a pop up, ajax or something similiar for the first ten posts a user makes. Make them wait 15 seconds with the rules right in front of them before they can continue. Anything that will leave them with no defense when the ban hammer inevitably comes along.
