Hi there Wicked Fire members. I've been a member here for a while and I really enjoy this place (I get a real kick out of all the boobs.) I don't post much, only because I'm really not an SEO person at all, so I can't really contribute anything 'meaningful' here, but I do appreciate the boobs.
Anyway, here's a post asking a question... and if this is the wrong forum or section, my apologies in advance. It seemed like the best fit. This might be long... sorry (I'll try to find some boobs to post to make up for it)
For about six years nowI've mostly been a product creator, and I have a few Adsense sites. I've done ok with IM, but I always had a full time job to fall back on.
About a year ago, hubby lost his job, and I just had to have valve replacement surgery, right before which, I lost my job. Because of the surgery, we were going to move to another state where we have family who can help me care for the kids and help hubby get a job, however things did not go quite as well as we'd hoped.
I ran a firesale of all my products, but it didn't make anywhere near enough for us to even stay put, let alone move out of state...
Which has caused me to decide to sell off as much as I can, but I'm hoping to sell my main site for at least enough for us to breathe for a month or two while I recover.
My main site is a series of MMO books and videos, priced from (free) $9.95 up to $67 and there are a total of 6 products in the funnel. They've all been released over the course of the past 1yr and 10 months. I did manage to put the very first product into an affiliate program, and I have 104 affiliates in there, but they don't seem to be active now. I spent the past week, redoing all the covers, and putting all the products into 2-3 different affiliate programs, and tightening up the sales funnel.
So my question is... what would it be worth? I know I can list it on Flippa with a $1.00 opening bid, a high reserve and a BIN, but I'm hoping to find the 'no brainer' BIN that would get it scooped up immediately. We are definitely not in a position for paying for a formal appraisal, and we definitely can't afford to 'risk' the $20.00 in a flippa listing fee if we get it wrong and it doesn't sell.
So that's the question. Thanks for any input.
