Why would the maoist need to veto ANY of it. They swore, cried, begged and promised that it would save billions of dollars. He promised it would save millions of lives. Obamao even said our economy would fail without it.
Just goes to show how fuckin stupid, arrogant and ignorant these communist really are. What are we to expect anyways. Only a few of this regime have even ran a business or had to pay a payroll. Community organizers and life time communist academics have no fuckin business trying to run a country.
This is for discretionary spending, which has to separately be approved/vetoed. They attach optional discretionary spending to everything like this, then at budget time they pick and choose what additional things they actually want to spend on.
At the beginning of the year, Obama announced a freeze on the total amount spent for non-defense discretionary spending. He never said anything about making an exception for health care.

I just stopped caring about what they do once it was clear they didn't even want to listen to the majority of Americans who told them that WE didn't want Obamacare LIKE IT IS NOW, but they passed it anyway saying we didn't know what we wanted.
Obama is only doing this now to make the Dems look good for November. If it were after the election, he'd just let every bit of spending through because by the time he has to run again - the sheep would forget all about it.
