Officer Charged With Sex Assault After Butt-Raping a Guy in the Back of His Cruiser.

I hate how the justice system works, some LA business man was arrested for putting up banner on building with the owners permission but against city regulation and is being held for 1 million in bail. Which seemed pretty stupid since the idea of bail is to stop some one from running - and a LA businessman up for a misdemeanor doesn't seem like he is going to be running anywhere.

But a police officer rapes a guy and the a bail is $27,000, if that guy did indeed rape the guy he should be paying the tiny bail and getting the fuck out of the country ASAP.

If the system made any sense those bails would be reversed.

Fucking gross. They don't actually say he raped the guy though. He might of stuck his club up his ass or something, who knows.

What blows my mind about this situation is this:

Nash then drove the man back to a school on Guadalupe Street and drove off, the affidavit stated.

Didn't the guy think they'd be some form of repercussion for his actions?!!!

Sexual assault could = rape

...Or it could be that he felt up the guy.

That really annoys me. You always hear on the news that so and so was convicted of sexual assault against a child. Because no one wants to hear about someone raping a child. Rape is ugly as hell and it's insult to injury when it's sugarcoated for our benefits.

/random slightly off topic rant

It was 3am and I would bet that the rapee's character was questionable from the cop's perspective. (Drug dealer, hooker, deliquent youth...) The cop probably passes the time on his shift by doing shit like this to people who he thinks won't report it.

I worked for the state police as a dispatcher for about 3 years and during that time two troopers were investigated for similar things, also both on night shift.
