Banning someone like 3nyaw for misbehavior is ineffective if you're hoping to wash him out. After all, there's a good chance he'll return with a new forum name. And that just makes it harder to keep track of him.

If you dislike him, wouldn't it be more effective to NOT ban him? That way, you'd at least have an easy way to identify his posts.
