Finally we get some closure and moving on. Who didn't think Hershel should be dead already? I don't like how they kept the door open on the Governor, he's most likely dead but would have liked confirmation rather than the possibility of him popping up again for the season finale.

I guess she is the girl rick met in the forest. You know, the one feeding her husband's head.
That's partly the reason for showing the walker getting swept away by the creek. Then the girl holds up the flood warning sign. The one who came up from the mud probably got stuck there during a flood, and got buried over time when the flood waters receded.
It would be cool if the Gov didn't really get shot in the head, and Michonne comes back and makes him her pack mule.
