I've had the same exact thing happen to me from someone here for an amount near $1k, except they performed the CB near 2 months later without any communication after the work was delivered. Of course paypal sided with them too even though I provided proof of work. Sucks.

I've only had a problem with 1 WF member EVER. And according to paypal, they paid with a stolen CC which was why there was a chargeback. Just chalked it up as a loss and moved on. Not much else you can do.
