No, indictment does not mean in custody, but arrest does. According to the article which was posted 7/15/2013, it claims that subject in question was arrested the previous Thursday, which was 7/11/2013 when he was arriving from overseas. The article further goes on to state that the individual was being extradited. In order to extradite a person, you kind of need to have custody of them. So, I was mistaken on the day that the arrest happened, but not the fact that he was in custody. Unless he was released sometime in the 20 days between his arrest and when Maryland courts show bail being posted....odds are he was still in the state's warm loving custody.

Could I be wrong, sure, but I still think I'm right. I watched the entire first season of Elementary last week and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. I think I know what I'm doing. Now I'm going to go watch Homeland and learn how to catch terrorists.

As soon as someone admitted to buying or operating under an account they did not register, I'd ban them. There's zero legit and honest reason to do that. Zero.

Seems like its actually a shared account (Patrick Otto/Jest/Rockstar) which ties one person from Maryland in the same city as the accused, and also links back to some IP's and payment info in the Philippines which ALSO match our old pal Jest whatever the fuck his name is "Nanexo" aka Lease A Seo aka lady boy that goes beep boop beep on a pc... and all that nonsense..

His name is 100% Patrick Otto. Confirmed. He's also located in the same city. I mean.. it really could be the same guy, or it could be the same name and a coincidence...

HOWEVER...

I dunno if he's a molester, but Rockstar isn't kosher. That's for sure.

And since he's tied to our slanty eyed crazy friend in the far east, I'm sure he'll respond back with his typical DDoS on us at some point..
