Payday leads from NY - whom to sell

Hi guys!

I have a real problem in payday niche. I have traffic from New York. And I am currently working with t3 leads. But t3leads doesn't accept leads from NY because only lenders licensed in NY can give such loans. So I need to find an affiliate program or lender who can give a JS or iframe form and will accept leads from NY. Hope for your help.

I do not know of any program that accepts NY. Lenders at this point in time have no interest in NY.
