If you select "No Shipping Required", and you pay by PayPal, can the person you are buying from see your address?

At most the other person can see your paypal email address and the Personal or Business name of the account sending or receiving money. Stuff like your phone numbers, bank info, addresses, etc is not shared between parties (exception being buyer providing a shipping address).
Course not shipping anything at all, usually means seller and buyer protection is completely non-existant (since paypal does not offer protection to those not buying/selling tangible goods)... just an FYI.
