Paying US Taxes - best way to approach for IMers?

I am new resident to the US.

I wanted to ask, what's a good approach to paying taxes if you run an online business in the US?

I mean, what is a common set up? Register a Delaware company?

Any thoughts or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I would keep an up to date profit and loss and every I dunno, say 3 months, make a payment based on what it says.

Or contact a CPA, or form an S corp and have paychecks send you a check with all the shit taken out of it?
