Paypal Fatal Failure?

Anyone getting the "Fatal Failure" message when they try to access the Paypal home page?

It is a bit scary. If Google can get hacked... What can get stop Paypal from getting hacked.. That person could have access to everyone's funds... But I don't think that will happen.
