Paypal going to bat for me?

Got 2 chargebacks from the same cock recently, who purchased a product that I manufacture through paypal... 4 months after buying.

Of course I expected to lose, but I still listed the tracking information (shown as delivered), and mentioned that we offer an unconditional 60-day money back guarantee, but that this was far past this date.

Well the chargeback through the cocks credit card went through as expected, but I just got a delightful email saying that paypal was actually going to fight the chargeback for me.

I still don't expect to win it, but it's nice to see that paypal at least gives a small shit about fucking over customers.

Yeah I definitely do. Over the last couple of years I have a lower than average chargeback rate (supposedly). I guess it's because this product deals mostly with elderly.

Either way, I rarely, if ever, expect to win them.
