Paypal Problem? Any Idea

I'm a Indian Paypal user. PayPal restricted indians to use their PayPal balance for making Payment.
We have to make via CC. PayPal is declining my CC. still confusing about the reason.

My Question is

Can i access My brother (US resident/ US verified Paypal) from here (India)
Can i make payment by his a/c by accessing here (India). Will it works ?
Also will it create any problem to his a/c ?

Any Idea please
 


I wouldn't, unless you want to get your brother's PayPal account locked.

E-mail your brother the details, and tell him to make the payment for you.

I dont know where the page will redirect after payment in WIckedFire.
Payment was to create my new thread.

He has very low Internet knowledge. So there will problem in creating thread

Well, I don't know... PayPal will realize it's a US based account, and that either, you're in India or are using a proxy. Once PayPal sees either of those, there's a decent chance they'll lock the account, and require your brother to provide further verification.

PayPal will just naturally assume it's a fraudulent transaction, and someone got your brother's account info.
 
yeah coming from public enemy # 1 on paypal (me); do not use multiply accounts under the same IP. I log into 2-3 accounts a day from the same internet connection and computer; but i reset my IP, run CCleaner, etc. - so be really, really fucking careful... Sorry to hear about your country being fuckin banned tho, must suck.

I'd setup some sort of VPN or something with a dedicated line. Register as a US citizen through that VPN and possibly try and get a US bank account if feasible. Just a thought
 
^^^ been there too know it too too well... i had like 4 rotating disposable pp accounts - clean .lso flash cookies, cookies, new ip (a few routers help) etc....

glad im know longer making my bank on FeeBay with all that nonsense,
