I am very flattered that you thought so highly of this incredible journey I have been on for the last 10 years. Technology is evolving, and while we may be pretty far away from having flesh-and-bone Avatars, the digital equivalent is right around the corner.

Just a couple of hours ago, I got off the phone with one of my forum user's local sheriff's department.

It all started with her bitching about her post count being wrong. She had this idea that I artificially lower it because I have something against her.
In about it a week, it escalated to the point of her saying she is going to kill herself. She mentioned it to more than one user.

So I found out her address from another user on my forum and called the local police dept and explained the situation.

They said they would come by her house and check it out.

It's amazing that some people would be so whack as to actually try to kill themselves over a fucking number that represents how many posts they made on some fucking message board.

I'll never know if she meant it or if she was just trying to fuck around, but there are some really strange people out there.

Did anybody else quietly cheer when they burned that giant tree down? It was like watching Darwin's survival of the fittest theory in action.
