Phishing Myspace Accounts

It has come to our attention that a phishing site for Myspace.com has been uploaded within your account. Please remember that this is against our TOG regulations:

Examples of unacceptable material on all Shared, Reseller and Dedicated Servers include:
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, Pirated Software / Warez, image, filedump, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), locally hosted chat scripts, Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs(HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacker focused site
s/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts.

This was just a test run for a couple hours, it came back with more then 15 accounts!

So any idea's were to get a host that will look the other way ?

I call for a BAN, if one has not already occurred! The activities admitted to by this user are illegal and to top it off he is looking for a host that will further his illegal activities.

In addition, I think the mods should remove the post. Just not the kind of crap you want to be associated with.

I actually came to Boca (The land of Poodles, BMW's & exiled New Yorkers) in 91 for college and was there more or less until about 6 months ago when I moved to Delray Beach.

Phish myspace spam affiliate make xx,xxx-xxx,xxx/month not much the law are doing about that or phish credit cards make bank but end up in jail for fuck knows how long, jee i wonder..
