Having lived in Cali, I can say that I wouldn't have made the move back. :) But I do agree with you about the rest of Texas... fortunately, it's nothing like Austin. Sorry you didn't get to enjoy it here. Maybe you didn't know the right people. ;)

I got turned down for getting on people's jets like 10 times before I found one that would let me.

Never take no for an answer people...
