I've worked with both, both are legit and pay on time. You're gonna have to split-test whatever you're running and just go with whoever gives you the best results. Some networks have better relationships with the advertiser of a particular offer, thus allowing less leads to "fall off".
The real question you have to ask yourself is if you want to be stuntin a g6 like Birdman or become the King of Profit.

Have managed to grab hold of Yousif on Christmas, i am surprised for a network owner to be around for support even at Christmas for their affiliate.. not sure if all affiliate network have their staff available on holiday, but anyway, i was told to reach him today. =)
Haven't have any luck so far today, i think he is busy and it is a holiday season + weekend. So i will try to reach him on monday again.

Just on that topic I got approved on an offer by my boy Chase at A4D at some really inappropriate time on Christmas day. Running GMT +10 in Australia can really make for some awkward conversations, nothing but professional from those guys and was onto a different offer and making money within a few hours.
I was lucky and played a hand, I needed their support and well he was available to make the connection. Props.
