I purchased a site from somone that previously got banned from Adsense for "invalid clicks". They appealed but were never able to get an explanation or to have an appeal. I am assured that they never paid for invalid clicks or used software to do it. Basically they say the big G just laid the bansmack down on 'em. My question is this: would you be afraid to put Adsense back on the site under your Adsense account? The site gets a lot of traffic, but isn't really niche enough to monetize CPA very well so Adsense is perfect for it. I have YPN also, but don't know if it would be as profitable as Adsense. What do you guys think you'd do?

Contact Google and see whats up then use ypn or auction ads while you wait for an official reply.

I asked Google, and their generic reply was that "You can put adsense ads on any site".

So, in my eyes they ban the account/person but NOT the site.

if the site was banned, it will always be banned. if the owner's account was banned, but that specific site was never banned, typically you can put ads on it.

You better dont put it, i did this once and got banned!!

Contact google and say that you have purchased this site and ask them what do they think if you will place ads there, before you contact dont put anything!
