Please help one of my good friends & their family.

"but my friend has had to take off from work for a while now, and he's in sales, so he has no money coming in and isn't sure when he'll get back to work"

Tell him to man the fuck up and take care of his family.

What piece of burnt shit.

I've always liked you, but that's pretty fucked up. I can't even imagine going through something like this with my daughter...it would be devastating. +$25.

My littlest was sick with RSV last year when she was only six weeks old. We spent two nights in the hospital with her. She recovered, of course (RSV is usually mild, but needs to be closely monitored in young infants). But I can at least begin to understand what your friend might be going through. There's nothing more heartbreaking than a sick infant. To know that the condition is irreversible and potentially fatal would make it immesurably worse.

Wish I could spare more but times are tight for yours truly. Best wishes to your friend and his family.

Yeah I just want to make sure she makes it to 17.

She's doing better. They got her heart and blood pressure issues under control for the time being and they let her come home. She has to take about 10 different meds every 4 hours, but a lot of that will not be necessary in a month or two. They kidney thing is just a wait and see at the moment. But at least they get to deal with it in their own home for now. We went over for a visit on Friday and she's a tough little girl. It looks like she's slowly gaining weight again which is good. Part of what started this whole thing was that Grace was projectile vomiting every time she ate. Turns out her kidneys are enlarged from the PKD which were pushing on her stomach making her launch her lunch when she ate more than a couple ounces. They really have to monitor her eating and feed her smaller amounts more often until her stomach can get a little bigger. It's all a pain in the ass, but they're doing a good job with it.

Thanks for checking up on her.
