The only people that are gonna get fined for this are people who don't know what they're doing, or people who hired people who don't know what they're doing.

That's the problem with politicians, they stick there hand on matters that's not part of their job description.

Ny state is taxing every citizens to high heavens and he wants to go after fake reviews.

Fake reviews would not help you if you have a lousy product or service.
 
Does it really matter?

I'm all for fake reviews, real reviews, a mix of whatever.. I think business owners should post REAL* reviews on the customer's behalf, there is nothing wrong with that. Nothing.

Incorrect. It's against every review sites terms of service and several companies are getting sued for this right now.
