Sure thing, it's pretty simple.

1. Patch your uxtheme.dll file (this is for sp3): Download SP3 UxTheme Patcher 1.2 - This little patch will enable the user to have his own unsigned themes ready to use on the new Service Pack 3 install. - Softpedia

2. Go here for the basic theme and wallpaper: Windows 7 PDC Theme for XP by =Vishal-Gupta on deviantART

3. Delete your quickstart icons and replace them with objectdock: Stardock ObjectDock

4. Use this clear objectdock background: http://skewism.com/videos/WTB-Gloss.zip

5. Use start killer to kill the start menu (you'll add a start menu docklet in objectdock): Start Killer - Remove the Start Button from the taskbar

All of the changes, along with the dock, use about 4mb's of ram on my system.

I did everything here, but I have one problem with the taskbar/objectdock. I killed the startmenu, deleted my quicklaunch buttons, put an object dock with a start menu dock in place of them, and streched the "quick launch" area wide enough so that the entire dock could fit over the startbar. Everything looks nice except for when I maximize windows. If I put "always stay on top" for the objectdock, and deselect "keep taskbar on top of other applications" for the windows taskbar, all maximized windows fill up the whole screen, the start menu area doesn't stay on top. if I choose "reserve bottom edge" in the objectdock options it reserves double the amount it needs on the bottom so there is a strip the size of the bar itself above the bar (below is a screenshot)

I'm not sure what options to select in order to just have the objectdock stay on top of the taskbar and reserve an amount of space on the bottom equal to it.

I think that patch was for XP lol.

Sure was, and that screenshot is XP aswell :D The theme changes the entire taskbar and everything. The thing on the bottom left where the start menu used to be, is the objectdock.

I kinda just said screw patching it though, I'm in the middle of installing windows 7 beta 7000

I recently cleaned up my desktop because I'm formatting soon. Normally both screens are filled to the brim with icons.
