6. Pay herbal supplement company to private-label a placebo as a meth/crack/cocaine high enhancer, have local crack dealer distribute.
 


roflmfao - the scarry thing is some of that shit would work! however how many people in the getto have computers to look up your payday loan offer?
 
#1 could work if you hit up enough libraries and cafe's

Too bad adsense for search pay sucks and you will get a lot of repeat IPs. A lot of library computers don't let you change IE settings.
