Yep. I love Cholula on Pizza. Tapatio is great with burritos and tacos.

I dig that. When I'm having Pho (Vietnamese Noodles), sriracha is a nice addition. Has that sweet tinge to it.

It's got a very COMPLEX (but pleasant) flavor. It's not "JUST" HOT, it's HOT with a purpose and has its own FLAVOR.
