Cholula is the one I use on all my meals right now that and tabasco.
But I have about 10 or 20 others... they are not cheap disposable items to collect and try.
I have Dave's and a variety of Blair's sauces.
There's a website that has TONS I just order from. I have one of Blair's that if you touch a tooth pick in it and lick it your mouth will be on fire. Dave's is nothing compared to most of Blair's!!
