Fuck no. We have like 6-8 months of inventory on the market right now. I work for a homebuilder and we are doing less than 1/2 the amount of houses we were doing 2 months ago. Laid off hundreds of people.

holy shit. Has growth stalled or are people not buying new homes? Or was it all flippers to begin with.

In Charlotte we have no flippers, just crazy growth so it hasn't changed much.
