BTW: Page is royally messed up in IE. :repuke:

It's a 728, supposed to be big. I'll alert Brandon to the IE issues though. We are also changing the flash nav on the top to CSS so to take care of some of the issues that has been causing.

Or you can make the switch to FF like all of the other smart people in the world.

Right... because it would be a smart move for me to switch to a browser that crashes 3x more, is 1/2 the speed, and takes 5x longer to launch. I'll get right on that.

Ok, so I exaggerate a bit, but not much. That's my experience, yours may vary. I keep firefox on my system, but only use it to check my sites. You go right ahead and use it, I don't care, I'll stick with what I like.

If you don't have at least 1 gig of ram, I wouldn't touch firefox. but it works great for me.

Weird. I read your posts like that in other thread, but my experience is just the other way around.

You might have gotten an ugly build. Go download a new version and try that.

(After removing all traces of the previous FF from your computer)

Ok, so I thought I'd give wickedfire a try in firefox, just to see if I was missing out on anything that IE was screwing up, and what I found has made me not want to use firefox for wickedfire at all right now. It is this.

When I'm using IE, I can hover over the thread titles in each forum's main page and see in a little tooltip thingy part of the text of the first post in that thread, which is really useful since sometimes the titles are less than informational, and it saves me lots of clicks. In firefox (2.0.0.1) I don't get that happening. I know I've seen it happen in other sites in FF, but for some reason WickedFire isn't doing it...

Ummm... great banner 'n all... but I noticed something a bit wrong...

I was just waiting for someone to point that out. Thanks kyleirwin, you saved this thread.

Good thing Dru is a good sport, otherwise he would have sued us a loooooong time ago for single leg black man harassment in the workplace.

Ok, I take back what I said before about wickedfire in IE vs FF, and I was wrong. The tooltips do appear in Firefox, but only if you're logged in, and that happens in IE too. When I looked at in FF before, I wasn't logged in...
