Questions for the boss

Get some good help with your cover letter - it isn't doing you any favours in that form right now.

Personally I have found that doing the dear Madam/Sir thing makes it less personal and looks lazy. If you can find the name of the owner or the person doing the interview, it will help make your cover letter stand out form the others and shows initiative or at least a partial interest in the business. Making the owner's believe you can be a part of and add value to their "business culture" is the best thing you can do...well besides form getting them results but baby steps

Sampunk, the ONLY job security is to be a freelancer who is excellent at what they do, and very good at selling / marketing themselves / adapting to change.

Any job which involves you giving all of your time to one employer only gives the illusion of security, and is in fact very risky because it's like having only one client.

I'm not saying all employment is bad. Just that although it may offer other benefits, security isn't really one of them.

Erm.. I would make fluent English a priority. Personally I wouldn't hire you because you seem unable to construct a proper sentence.
