I'm still waiting for a lens. Followed up last week and was told "2 more days".

Still waiting. Not impressed so far. You better get this sorted out pronto Lalit.

Alright, finally all of my three lenses are completed and delivered. Took them longer then the promised days which should be corrected on the first page ;-) All in all the lenses look good, changes were made instantly after I PM'ed lalit. The reports are great, very detailed and no information/login data is missing. For this price you can't go wrong with this service :banana_sml:
 
Why such a large delay with previous orders?

I'd like to order but please explain what the hold-up was, and what's the turnaround time now?
 
Ok, got the Lens. Quality is fine, definitely worth $12 bucks, even if some of the article doesn't entirely make sense.

However the delivery was 2 weeks late, and I had to chase twice, which pissed me off.

Lalit - your Lenses are fine, but you really need to work on customer service. If you're going to be late, you need to tell your clients WITHOUT them having to chase you, and then give them an accurate revised delivery date. Otherwise they'll start thinking you're gonna flake on them.

Also, if you're more than a few days late, it's probably a good idea to do something to make it up to them (like offer them a discount off a future order) - that way you'll turn a delay into a happy customer.

Bottom line - the lenses are definitely worth it, but be prepared to wait a week or two.

Yes November and December month was bit busy not because of work load but because of marriages in our family.

jumpinjack placed the order on 20th December and we deliver him on 23rd December.


But we do accept that yes in your and other 2 respected clients we were delayed.

But we also assure that in near future you wont see any kind of delay from our mentioned turnaround time to you.

Yes we do believe in delivering quality service at affordable price.

I do feel that every affiliate should have one squidoo lens for every product they sale.
 
I used the service and it was done pretty well. On a scale of 1-10 i will give these guys an 8. My only issue was the actual content..as in the wording but that took me 5 minutes to clean up a bit. But overall, it was done very good and I have used them for more lenses and will continue to use them
