how badly were people affected on here?
I had a server with all of my admin stuff with these clowns. We got an email advising of a "Datacentre Migration" and that we would be notified when our particular servers would be taken offline etc.
A 8 hour migration took 12 hours and that was just to get boxes online again. One week later all of the IP's that were in place on each server at razor servers in their DC are still shagged as the rerouting process was fucked up. To top it off instead of being upfront and honest about their REAL reasons for their "Datacentre Migration" they waited until a couple of days ago to post online that "Sago Networks" have purchased Razor Servers....
