Recommend me a place to move to in California

Not one person said Newport Beach? We have the cleanest beaches in California, tons of restaurants and bars, countless hot chicks and none of the bullshit of living in an LA beach community. I would also agree that Pacific Beach in San Diego is a very good choice and similar to NB. One thing I loved about hanging in PB is all of the international girls that seemed to hang out down there as well.
He can't afford it on his budget, though. At least not when I used to live there.
You may be correct...i haven't been living on the peninsula for a couple years now but every time i'm down there i see a ton of for rent signs so gotta think there are some deals to be had.
there's a cute little big tittied girl that just started working at the deli down the street. gonna be buying a lot of sandwiches this month.
+1. Look into Belmont Shore (the non-Snoop Dogg part of the LBC). It fits all of your criteria, except maybe the rent. If you look really close you might be able to find a small place at the high end of your budget. However, moving there with your gf might not be such a good idea as there is a ton of quality ass parading around the streets on a daily basis.
Check out Woodland hills in LA it has everything you mentioned plus the price is right.

Not to mention, your about 30- 40 mins away from Hollywood / Universal Studios.

Huntington beach/costa mesa are alright. the beach is crackin in HB during the summer. North SD is not the best place for a young guy in his 20s. Lived in carlsbad for a while a 1 min walk to the beach and outside of a couple bars there is really not much to do in that area. its basically a retirement community.
and yeah, too far to drive to hollywood often.
