I have been trying to register a lousy domain for the last 5 hours and it keeps sending me "failed" emails.

I have a bunch of domains with them and this usually takes me about 10 minutes!

Forget about it. Don't use registerfly. I had the same problem several months ago and have since begun to transfer everything over to namecheap because that is not their only problem. (transferring is even a bitch - so be ready for it)

Use anything but registerfly. Actually, godaddy has some domain locking issues from what I hear as well, though I have never encountered it with them (nor used them for anything more than one domain when registerfly was just beginning to give me failed messages).

Same thing sort of happened with me, i won a free .info registration, the domain was registered with them and pushed to my account, register fly says i own it, its in my account and all, but i cant set nameservers, it gives me errors.

I checked with other registers and whois info and it says the domain is available for registration, So I try to contact registerfly, and what do u know, none of the emails or anything like that work, they all come back as failed.

Yeah don't keep trying it. They are billing you every time you try it.

I had no problems the first time I used them. The second time I used them I did this, twice, and got billed twice. I requested a refund and got it as a credit. Fortunately they refunded me the full price and not the discounted price they charged me for the special.

Later I tried it again, and same thing. I did not even bother asking for a refund, because their system is too dumb. Why do I want another credit that I can't actually use?

I thought I was the only one who got screwed by registerfly. As too many people have already said, everytime it says the domain has 'failed', you are getting charged. :error:The first time it happened, i just went to another company and registered the same domain. Then, i noticed registerfly had charged me. After trying to get the charges straightened out, i realized i was getting nowhere. I finally just sucked it up and registered some .info's with them with my 'credit'. What a crock of shit.

Registerfly sux ass. Just google Registerfly scam and see for yourself. I would only trust them with throwaway domains if anything. Nothing that you plan on holding on to.

I got the same message. I tried to register a .info domain, same message twice. I gave up.
