So ever since the last eComXpo I've been getting these free magazines in the mail, the first was Website Magazine which was ok but it really only covered very basic topics, but then today I just got Revenue Magazine and well I must say this shit kicks ass, enough to make me continue with there free subscription.

The thing about this magazine is they cover much more indepth topics related to affiliate marketing, seo, ect..., they also seem to provide a ton of statistics, like this one for instance.

Social Media Applications That Communications Professionals Worldwide Use Or Plan To Use In The Next Year:

Online Video: 63%
Blogs: 55%
RSS or Web Feeds: 51%
Podcasts: 43%
Social Networks: 41%

Or my personal favorite stats are below, they are based off of sites like Digg, MySpace, and more niche specific social networking sites that will begin to pop up more and more (Thats a hint)!

US Online Social Network Advertising Spend: 2006-2011

2006 = $350 Million
2007 = $900 Million
2008 = $1.38 Billion
2009 = $1.81 Billion
2010 = $2.17 Billion
2011 = $2.51 Billion

I don't know I don't really come across a magazine that I ever like to read but this one has got my full attention, there is a lot of great shit stuffed in it, I've still got to finish reading it but good shit and a good review none the less.

Thanks :) nice find

yah in the latest issue there's an article about ringtones. I've never really seen any publication talk about ringtones and affiliates.

Yeah thats the issue I've got but I haven't got to the ringtone article yet, they also talk about how web 2.0 is bringing new life to email campaigns.

Canadians and Americans get it for free and everyone else has to pay its just like Website Magazine, which by the way you might soon be seeing a half page ad of ViScript showing up in it.

bah, canada and america same thing :-). anywhere to europe you've to pay and it's dear enough. i know i could read it online, but i hate reading online, you always want something when you go for a poo

I signed up about 6 weeks ago and got my copy yesterday (the one about web 2.0 email campaigns, which seems to be one back?) It's definitely a good read.
