Good point, but I'm still not convinced you can actually see the nail. And in the clothed shot her hand is in the air, so the bracelet could have slid down out view.

Although the best evidence I can find of this being a fake is that it looks like she has the Nokia 3250 as her phone (not sure how recent that info is) which doesn't have a flash.

In the photo you posted, although its pretty low-res, you'll see there is no indication of a marking on her left hand:

lol, there is no way you can tell with that low resolution if there is lettering on her finger or not.
