So I’ve been using a Roku 4 for a while and recently the remote has started randomly disconnecting. Re-pairing it works for a few hours, then it just stops responding again. Replaced the batteries, updated firmware, did all the usual stuff — no luck. What’s even worse is trying to get actual help.
The Roku support site is all AI chat and no real people. After a lot of digging, I found this Roku customer service directory that finally got me connected to someone who could actually help:
