It looks like the delegate strategy is actually paying off. Of course, he won't be allowed to win but if nothing else I think the strategy has changed the way elections will be run from now on.

Of course by those standards, Paul has won other states like Washington and Missouri too. ...But why would anyone care about standards that actually elect the nominee when we have a perfectly good press to tell us that Romney's already won?
