CIA missions, which happen far more often, don't even require the MSM to report or the people to know... They are all pre-funded, and sometimes fund themselves by running drugs and weapons like the Iran Contra shit.

Bottom line: Any president that wants to start or end a war DOES have that power. All it takes is a little bit of MSM manipulation, but we know that isn't difficult in this day and age.

This whole Ron Paul thing is as stupid as me a few years ago, thinking Obama was an amazing guy, and would help change this world for the better. Thinking one guy is going to change the direction of the US establishment is ludicrous thinking at best, if not dictionary definition insane.
