RP Wins Louisiana Caucuses

My only guess is the Republicans in the area have fallen for that same tired ass "Romney is the only guy that can beat Obama" bullshit that's been floated around for so long. But nobody around here actually likes Romney, so RP should be able to grab some delegates just because of the lack of interest by Romney supporters.

At some point though, the Republican establishment is going to have to get boots on the ground and start grabbing these delegates or they're going to be in trouble in Tampa...

Rather than bringing more people to the caucuses, It looks like their strategy is going to be to let them win, then try to disqualify/refuse to seat as many of these delegates as possible so they can appoint their own people back into the slots they lost. A lot of these states, it's too late for them to get people in place, most of which they'd have to pay just to show up.

Right now, Romney's campaign is on this big push to get people to donate $1 to the campaign. It costs more than $1 to process a donation (counting staff, etc, costs around $8 per donation), but the reason they are doing this is so they can bump up the number of small donations when they file their report with the FEC. Just doesn't look good for him when he has a few large donors, when RP's financials show almost all money coming from small donors.

And shit like this is what causes these campaigns to go into debt. Well, TV ads aren't cheap either.

^I've seen an RT report that the City of Tampa has invested some insane amount like $50 Million for added "Security" just for the event.... Live ammunition, Guns, a TANK and other weapons of warfare were purchased with this money already.

...Doesn't sound to good for the prospect of peace at the RNC.

Not all is lost though... US troops will be there too... Just to have Paul's back.

August could be an extremely dark time in US history... All of the ingredients for a bloody revolution are in place already.
