Safest wy to make a new Adwords account after a ban?



I've already registered my new LLC. Should be finished in a day or two. I'll be getting a new bank account under the llc name and try to regain another account. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

I have a little different question hope someone can help me

I got email from google few days ago saying they are disabling one of my adwords account and i can't advertise anymore with them. I have few more accounts all using same Credit cards.

but all my other accounts are working. but they didn't charge any money from those accounts after that email. do you think once they will charge money ( soon in week time i guess as its due that time ) from my credit card they will find out about me and disable my other account also same time? or do you think i should not be worried?

the account they disabled was not in use for months. i did run before polls on that account with email submit. ( no acai berry etc )

what you guys suggest? what should i do?

I am running very simple and good campaigns with adwords right now and don't want to lose adwords.

any advice will be helpful

I've got the capitol and resources to do all of the recommended stuff, but I've come up with 2 questions I don't think anyone's answered yet:
1. Do you need to register your address from a different area (different zip code) than your previous account, and
2. does it matter if you are in the same zip code as your IP when you first set up the account (vpn or dedicated server will place you in a different geo target than the zip you enter into the account info)

Just thought this may help if anyone has set up new accounts using the methods described.
