Looks good! You could always sand up to 4000 grit, then using a plastic polish, apply a high gloss polish with a linisher!

Then you would have a highly polished back for your... oh wait.

Haha, I intended to get 3000 grit but the highest grit sandpaper I could find at Bunnings (our biggest hardware store chain) was the 1200 grit.
