This is crazy. I love seafood. Don't know what to think of it yet, it's an apocalyptic scenario.

An Olympic sized swimming pool to the Pacific Ocean is like a thimble to an Olympic sized swimming pool. This can't possibly have any more impact on the world's oceans than the nuclear bomb testing that has been done in the oceans and atmosphere in the last century. It's shitty, and I wouldn't want to eat fish from the immediate area, but I seriously doubt it's going to have any grave consequences thousands of miles away.

You're eating, breathing and drinking radioactive isotopes 24/7 from weapon testing.

Fucking A why is this shit spreading around the internet so fast, its all over Facebook also. We make up shit like this to get stupid people to buy stuff, how is it that you can't recognize crap when you see it?

Did you not see the edits in the article? They were torn apart by people and have had to already make edits to the article and photos they used. The first photo they posted was a edited NOAA map of the Tsunami water height which was edited to say it was spreading radioactive waste water. If the author was stupid enough to just randomly believe a photo they found on the internet and use it for their 'factual' article why would you continue to believe a damn word they said?

Stop spreading this stupid shit around before more people fall for it and everyone is dumber because of it.

Fracking is another process releasing a lot of radioactive and other nasty chemicals deep into the ground which eventually find their way into drinking water supplies. Its currently being done on a large scale in the US and just beginning in UK but we can bet it will eventually find its way to rest of the world.. well, unless aliens release some clean and cheap energy tech out in the open :crap:

That would be ironic, I don't think it is though. Not sure what the word for fish is but shima appears at the end of a lot of names as does suke, maro, shima, so I'm sure it doesn't mean fish at least.

How's the seafood in Osaka bro? Oh well, at least the chicks are hot and won't turn radioactive for another few years so you got some time :D

Kidding aside, I know the website in the OP wasn't exactly trustworthy, but check my 2nd post, it's from National Geographic. Same alarming news. Personally, the idea of having additional radioactive elements in my seafood or water doesn't please me, even if docs say it's still within their "safe range". Our environment is already fucked as it is...
