Timeline:
11-11-11 -- I originally purchased a $59 review copy.
11-16-11 -- I PM him asking for an update.
11-19-11 -- He responds with a question about my URL and I respond back.
11-22-11 -- I still have not received my report. I ask him for a honest update on when he thinks the job will be done.
11-23-11 -- He PMs me saying report will be ready tomorrow.
11-27-11 -- I ask for another update.
11-27-11 -- He PMs me saying report will be ready.
11-30-11 -- After receiving multiple PMs saying the report "will be ready," I ask for a refund.
12-02-11 -- I see he opened up another thread, however he is selling a package with more links for only $29 (review price). I ask him to either finish the job and provide me a $30 discount or competely refund me.
12-08-11 -- He PMs me saying he will do another site for me to make up for the first site. (which he still has not provided the report for!)
12-08-11 -- Final PM to him explaining that I no longer wish to work with him.

After more than a month, I never received my report and lost $59. If you go through all his threads, you will notice a common theme of constant delays in delivering reports.

BUT DO NOT POST ANYTHING IN THIS THREAD EXCEPT FOR SCAMMER ISSUES.. USE ANOTHER THREAD.. THIS THREAD GET HIGH PRIORITY AND IF YOU POST HERE TO GET NOTICED AND ITS NOT A SCAMMER ISSUES YOU MIGHT HAVE AN ISSUE YOURSELF.

I also banned you for posting this on this thread about review issues, there is a thread for review issues.

DO NOT POST ANY ISSUES IN THIS THREAD EXCEPT SCAMMER PROBLEMS OR YOU WILL BE BANNED LAST TIME I AM SAYING IT.

I have the same problem with TinuTNT. Ordered on December 24th, still received nothing except "will be done soon". My guess is that he just wants to wait for 45 days until paypal dispute window closes so that he keeps the money. I decided not to wait and initiated paypal dispute. We'll see if he returns the money or I'll have to escalate to paypal claim.
 
User pixelgraffiti owes me a small sum ($140 USD) for some graphic design work that was completed more than a month ago. He played the usual "e-check is clearing" card for a week then disappeared and removed me from Skype. A mutual acquaintance of ours whom we were both working for at the time hasn't heard from him either, yet his last WF login date was Jan 10, 2012.

I have the Skype logs to back up my claims.

I also hope you show our full string of emails we had back and fourth. I also have full proof of you missing deadlines due to you going out and partying the night before when I thought you were working on the project not meeting our deadline.

Your lucky i am not the one reporting you...

Was the work delivered?
 
Nope not to my specifications. And he copied a lot of the graphics exactly the way they were from previous projects. I never received the source files for the projects that were not paid for.
