pixelgraffiti is a scam artist - took him 1.5 months to "not finish" a site. story after story. moving, problems, moving again, internet access, depression, internet access, blah blah. (not my main complaint)

***THEN*** something weird happened, talking to my friend IVO who told me he was working on a project that he got from pixel...THE ONE I GAVE TO HIM!

Wasnt gonna post because a few hundred dollars doesnt mean anything but he is obviously scamming others so thats it.

OH look who it is. I definitely have chat logs worth framing from you! You were just a special case and I have even spoke with some people from this forum that actually dealt with you as well who wish they would of never met you! I was in the process of moving and you knew I was living out of a hotel for 2 weeks and still made your projects my priority. I worked with you 1 on 1 on your clients site which was damn near completion and we never moved forward because your client took how long and still never sent feedback. You got mad when you asked for a flyer design done late night one night for 20 dollars. that was an insult!

Yes I have even more proof of my dealings with Shawn/ Which I wont disclose his real name here. Ill gladly post those, those were classic.

Timeline:
11-11-11 -- I originally purchased a $59 review copy.
11-16-11 -- I PM him asking for an update.
11-19-11 -- He responds with a question about my URL and I respond back.
11-22-11 -- I still have not received my report. I ask him for a honest update on when he thinks the job will be done.
11-23-11 -- He PMs me saying report will be ready tomorrow.
11-27-11 -- I ask for another update.
11-27-11 -- He PMs me saying report will be ready.
11-30-11 -- After receiving multiple PMs saying the report "will be ready," I ask for a refund.
12-02-11 -- I see he opened up another thread, however he is selling a package with more links for only $29 (review price). I ask him to either finish the job and provide me a $30 discount or competely refund me.
12-08-11 -- He PMs me saying he will do another site for me to make up for the first site. (which he still has not provided the report for!)
12-08-11 -- Final PM to him explaining that I no longer wish to work with him.

After more than a month, I never received my report and lost $59. If you go through all his threads, you will notice a common theme of constant delays in delivering reports.

TinuTNT got me as well. He missed multiple deadlines, every time with the same bullshit excuse - "couple more days". Finally delivers half the product over 3 weeks later, and says will deliver the rest in a "few more days".

When I go through the work, it's complete and utter garbage. I gave specific instructions for my custom order, TWICE, and he said he can handle it. He then delivered a fucktastic mishmash. When I called him on it, he had the gall to tell me that this was better, that it will be good for my SEO.

I was pissed, and told him to stop all work and refund my money. He replied a couple times saying "let me do the remaining job.....this time I will follow your directions.....a few more days". But I wasn't gonna waste another day with this guy, and asked again for a refund, at which point he went silent. I know he saw my multiple emails since he's logged into wickedfire since then, he just won't respond to me.

I filed a dispute with paypal, but vipervin said he filed one as well and they denied him. Extesy also filed a dispute with paypal.

Basically, TinuTNT is running a scam. He's selling a service that he can't deliver knowing that the buyer can complain all they want to paypal, and paypal will simply deny them since the transaction was for 'digital goods'.

Not that banning him will do any good either. He'll be right back with a new IP, new wickedfire ID and new paypal email and simply start selling a completely different service. After all, if he has no intention of delivering what he says he will, does it really matter what he's selling in the first place? The buyers will file disputes with paypal, get denied, complain here to the mods to get him banned, and the cycle starts all over again.

Fucking DP cunts ruining wickedfire.

Stop saying that you talked to other members because I came to an agreement with vipervin for example. I understood that I delayed his work, and I gave him 2 SEO services for free. He gave me a timeline, and if I won't finish until now he has all the proofs to open a dispute to Paypal.

So, why are you just being irrational and asking me for a refund in less then 3 hours or you will ban me from WF, you will blacklist me on Paypal and I am fucking DP cunt?

Bottomline - I paid your to deliver a service by a certain date. Not only did you miss the date, you missed multiple subsequent deadlines. When you finally delivered the service, it was 1) incomplete and 2) not the service I paid for. And then you keep saying "you'll finish the work".

Seriously, I don't get it - why can't you just send me the refund? I don't want you doing anymore work, just send me back my money and we can go our separate ways.

You never ever sent me an update until I posted on your thread and you said "it'll be ready any day now" that was over a week ago.

I haven't received any report, anything. That's not how you do business.

Did you file a dispute with paypal as well Gamer?


I'm giving TinuTNT 3 hrs from the next time he logs into wickedfire to give me a refund. If he refunds, he can show the mods here that he does the right thing by his customers. And I'll close the paypal dispute. If not, I'm escalating the dispute to a paypal claim.
 
Why TinuTNT is not banned yet? He hasn't done any work for me at all and he's refusing to give me a refund. He is obviously a scammer!

TinuTNT logged in to wickedfire over 3 hrs ago. He saw gamer_boy12's post and hasn't said a word or responded to my request for a refund. I've escalated my paypal dispute to a paypal claim.
