Ok, so I am now doing a re-launch of a service that I originally offered back in June (thread here). It's called The SEO Marketplace, and I will describe it below.
I have also lost my mind. I am making it free. Nothing more needs to be said here, so, moving on...
Here's what this service offers:
Instead, do it all in one place. You create the order form, specifying the form fields that you need to collect the data that you need to complete the order. Then, we'll handle all the orders that are placed. You'll have a list of all your orders and an order detail page where you can view the client's input (keywords, URLs, etc).
On that order detail page (which is also visible to the buyer), you can communicate with the client through our messaging system, update them on the order status, and deliver the report once you complete the order. The client can also ask you questions on that page.

For those SEO services on the more expensive side, buyers are very frequently hesitant about ordering. I myself have been in that situation where I want to order a $500 package, for example, but I'm wondering if the service provider might just take the money and run.
It works the other way, too. As a service provider, you know that people are very hesitant to buy expensive SEO services. You would like to be able to have them pay after work is delivered, but the risk of them taking the work and running off without paying is too high to be able to offer pay-after-completion.
