Create Order Forms, Manage Orders, Communicate with Clients, Upload Reports, and Post Sales Pages... all in 1 place

Ok, so I am now doing a re-launch of a service that I originally offered back in June (thread here). It's called The SEO Marketplace, and I will describe it below.
I have also lost my mind. I am making it free. Nothing more needs to be said here, so, moving on...

Here's what this service offers:
  • Complete management of your services, all in one location.
  • Creation and hosting for order forms. You can even embed your order form on your own site, if you wish.
  • Order Management. You will receive order details (along with payment info/status) and deliver order updates and reports to your clients, all in the same place.
  • Project Management. You can manage your outsourcers and share order details with them so that they can do their work.
  • Sales Pages. You can post a sales page on TheSEOMarketplace.com to reach even more customers.
  • Analytics - view sales data.
  • Escrow system - I'll elaborate on this one later.
Why should you sign up?

  • To simplify your life and your business.
  • To save your time.
  • To make more sales.
Spend less time keeping track of the orders that come in - collecting keywords and URL's through PMs and emails, verifying Paypal transaction IDs, doing the work, and then emailing/PMing a report.

Instead, do it all in one place. You create the order form, specifying the form fields that you need to collect the data that you need to complete the order. Then, we'll handle all the orders that are placed. You'll have a list of all your orders and an order detail page where you can view the client's input (keywords, URLs, etc).

On that order detail page (which is also visible to the buyer), you can communicate with the client through our messaging system, update them on the order status, and deliver the report once you complete the order. The client can also ask you questions on that page.

Here is how simple it is to get up and running with TheSEOMarketplace.com:

  • Sign up for free at TheSEOMarketplace.com.
  • Create an order form for your service(s). This is where you choose the fields that each buyer needs to fill out when ordering so that you get their order details.
  • Create a checkout page for your service(s). This is as simple as choosing the order form that you created in the last step, specifying how you want to accept payment, and entering in your package levels and prices.
  • Manage and fulfill your orders. While my service can't do your work for you (if I could do that I would really take over the market!) it makes it easy for you to communicate with your clients and upload reports.
Other things you can do:

  • Create coupons that buyers can enter in on the checkout page.
  • Limit the number of times a service is sold.
  • Embed your order form on your own site.
Oh yeah, I need to elaborate on the Escrow System:

For those SEO services on the more expensive side, buyers are very frequently hesitant about ordering. I myself have been in that situation where I want to order a $500 package, for example, but I'm wondering if the service provider might just take the money and run.

It works the other way, too. As a service provider, you know that people are very hesitant to buy expensive SEO services. You would like to be able to have them pay after work is delivered, but the risk of them taking the work and running off without paying is too high to be able to offer pay-after-completion.

Now, you can use the SEO Marketplace Escrow System as a way to protect both the buyer and the seller. Here's how it works:

  1. Buyer makes an order.
  2. They fund the escrow account for the service.
  3. Funds are held in escrow until the service provider completes the work and marks the order as 'Complete'.
  4. When the order is marked 'Complete', the buyer has 21 days to release the funds or file a dispute.
  5. If the buyer does not release the funds or file a dispute after 21 days, the funds in escrow are automatically released to the service provider.
One more feature that I almost forgot to talk about:

Project Management (beta). - Do you have a bunch of tasks that you have to do with every order (ex. get articles written, get articles spun, post articles to sites, blast with profiles/bookmarks/blog comments, etc)?

Keep yourself organized with our project management system. You can manage each order as a project, and add each task that has to be completed for the order. You can add due dates for each task, as well as for the project itself.

You can even add Task Templates - these are tasks that are added automatically whenever an order is placed. That way, as soon as an order comes in, the tasks that need to be done are added to that order. You will be automatically organized!

That's about it!

If you've made it this far, first off, thanks for reading through this!

Here's how you can get in on this:

Go to TheSEOMarketplace.com and sign up for free. I have been charging a monthly amount since the original launch, but it is now free!

Oh yeah... screenshots. I wanted to embed some screenshots here but I thought it made it look a little bit cluttered. So, please view the screenshots at TheSEOMarketplace.com

Not 100% sure what you mean. Do you mean uploading past reports of work completed? If so, this isn't supported at present- wouldn't make sense since the client hasn't made the order through the system.

However, I might be misunderstanding your question. Can you explain further?

Meant to do this earlier, but here are some screenshots (click to enlarge):

Any thoughts of offering this as a private system for seo providers that can be self-hosted?

It looks great but not too keen on disclosing my client info to a third party.

edomainer - client info is visible to only you (the service provider) and the client

Rexxar - try logging in anyway, it should work. Sometimes it gives you that error when it shouldn't. I would investigate closer right now, but my internet is out (writing this from my phone).
