Serious Thread Time: This truly is a beauiful universe

We all know that stars, although independent - form galaxies. Did you know that galaxies themselves also form to large, almost universal structures? Here's a computed/rendered picture of tons of space data, these are the shapes the matter of the universe adheres to.... the structures are also remarkably similar to the neurons in your brain. inb4 the universe is a giant brain.

To me this is the most beautiful and profound image ever taken. It's Hubble's ultra deep space field - Hubble was staring for 11 days at only a small fraction of the sky (one 13-millionth of it actually). Basically every single dot of light on this image is a galaxy each full of millions and millions of stars.

yeah, actually looking at clusters, they resemble a kind of "super" brain. i always thought about how the universe may be actually conscious. what would it think i wonder? and how long would it take to "think"?
